Commercial I did last month. I was in charge of concept character design set design and pretty much everything design/animation/audio..etc..etc.

took about a month to do..as i did one min of animation and played it over twice as fast so it fit 30 seconds. for that old movie feel.

One of the best Anime directors Satoshi kon passed away August 24th, 2010 battling pancreatic cancer.

For those of you who don't know him, he is responsible for some of the best Japanese animation around from Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers, Millennium Actress, Paranoia Agent and Paprika.

Kon also worked as animator on Roujin Z

He was working on a new film called The Dream Machine, which was to be released next year.

"t took me 3 or 4 days to get this one done. The theme is "What if ...cloud from FF VII had to fill Mario's shoes for a day.... there's my answer..

I've always wanted to do a Final fantasy fan art ..I've always wanted to do a Mario fan art... so here is my solution

KRAFT CHEESE WEB BANNER.

This was done as a web banner for Pyramid to display on the Haveeru website. fun little project.

EXPERIMENTAL KALHUSORU.

This was done just for fun the song is by Zero Degree atoll I just animated something and the song worked for that animation. I was heavily in to Patapon those days hence the heavy blacks. Sorry for the low quality but that's the only render I have of it at the moment.

Death of a Hero(2010)

My dad passed away on the 10th of this month at 1:05am.He died at the age of 86. Its hard without him since he used to live with my wife and I. He is the one person who always encouraged me to draw. first thing he ever taught me to draw was mickey mouse.I drew that picture of him on the 7th of this month..while he was admitted in the hospital.

He has published books on different subjects(history, environment, sea turtles.etc) but he is most known for his art and photography here. His ideal birthday present for any one is some drawing paper and some colors.

Here is one of my favorite piece he painted.

He loves the work of Salvador Dali. so all his work is quite out there like Dalis. Recently the National Art Gallery of Maldives showed off his work under the title of "Painting Dreams" which was something he got really excited about.

This was done about a year or half back.I did this when I was working for Squid Multimedia a local company. This was my first project after i signed up with them. I would like to thank IRFAN for working on this project with me.

Frank Frazetta died of a stroke on May 10, 2010. His voluptuous women and his brooding men not to mention his fantastic creatures have inspired a whole generation of illustrators. His career spanned the era of Buck Rogers and Robert E Howards Conan, he illustrated books about Tarzan and other characters.

This is some work I did last year for Ares Enterprises. They asked me to submit an artwork for a vertical billboard, and above is the art that was finalized. But by the time the final artwork was finished, I had to change it to a horizontal billboard. Clients made a mistake, on what type of billboard they had available. all in all it turned out great.

I've been a fan of Anime, for as long as i remember, I was first introduced to Anime was when I was around 8 when I got a DragonBall Z VHS tape for a birthday present. I didn't know it was Anime, until much later. and by then Akira had all my attention. after a lot of years and a lot of art, I started drawing Anime. Starting things off here is a girl in a hot spring.

This next one is titled Blondie, I drew this when I got my Wacom, getting a feel for the pen and pad.
